Continuing their commitment to Orange County, LAN Associates was joined by colleagues and various community leaders last Friday morning to celebrate the grand reopening of its Goshen office after four months of renovations.

The newly renovated building, which LAN Associates purchased in 2011, is located at 252 Main Street in Goshen, New York. Employees of the Wellness Home Center, LLC, and Rhineback Bank, who share the building with LAN, attended the ceremony marking the grand opening, along with Orange County Executive, Steven Neuhaus, to celebrate the renovations and highlight the companies who call the building home. Members of Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Goshen Chamber of Commerce also appeared at the ceremony, taking tours of the building.

“The support from the town leaders and companionship from the business community is what makes the Village of Goshen such a special place,” said Mike McGovern, LAN Vice President in the Goshen Office. “Since our office opened in the 90’s, the town leaders and fellow business owners welcomed us with open arms and we can’t thank everyone enough.”

Renovations to the building were performed in various stages including updates to the exterior as well as interior spaces.  The entry lobby and stair hall were redesigned to create a more welcoming, yet modern area. The third floor, home of LAN Associates and Wellness Home Center, LLC, was completely renovated and designed to house an open concept floor plan to promote the health and wellness for all staff.

Since expanding to the Goshen market in 1998, LAN has provided engineering and architectural services to the New York Orange County Area. A majority of LAN’s staff are residents that live and work in either Goshen or Orange County.  In addition to hiring local talent, LAN has been the lead design team for the Goshen, Chester, and Monroe Woodbury School Districts, O-U BOCES, Goshen Historic Track, Pratt & Whitney, and Orange County Department of Public Works.

“LAN did a wonderful job on these renovations and we are excited for the three companies who reside at 252 Main Street,” said Steven Neuhaus, County Executive of Orange County. “LAN’s continued commitment and dedication to Goshen should be commended. I’m proud to be here today to thank LAN for their support and dedication to our communities.”
