LAN Associates is pleased to announce its recent recognition in Architectural Record, a national publication. The Top 300 Architecture Firms list was published in early July and recognizes leading architecture firms across the nation. Fueled by the continued growth of the firm, LAN rose 16 spots from its ranking on the list last year.
“This honor of being named a Top Architecture Firm is a testament to the outstanding work done by our architectural department,” said Mike McGovern, Vice President of LAN. “Every year, our team continues to grow, challenging industry norms and creating more innovative designs.”
LAN’s architectural team includes more than 30 professionals across its three offices in NJ, NY, and PA. In 2018, two LAN employees received their architectural license, expanding the firm’s diversity and expertise. Other significant accomplishments for LAN’s architecture department include:
- Advancing the firm’s position in the K-12 market through multiple design projects including a $7M state-of-the-art culinary arts lab at Leonia High School; and finalizing construction for a $33M, three-story elementary school in Woodbridge, NJ.
- Multiple firm awards including NJBIZ Best Architectural Firm and ENR Top Design Firm.
- Undergoing design services to renovate the firm’s Midland Park headquarters into a flexible, collaborative work environment.
- Celebrating the contributions that architects make to the industry during National Architecture Week.
Architectural Record is a monthly magazine devoted to both architecture and design, featuring industry news and project highlights. The annual Top 300 Architecture Firms list features firms from across the country based on their 2018 annual revenue.
