LAN’s corporate officers recently announced another series of promotions within its management team. LAN congratulates Matthew Milnamow, Matthew Wolfe, Erik Boe, and Matthew Webb on being named the first four Assistant Vice Presidents at LAN. The promotions were part of a company-wide reorganization to expand corporate operations to keep pace with LAN’s steady yet rapid growth in all operating sectors. This announcement comes off the heels of LAN’s recent expansion of its Civil Engineering and Land Use departments.

Matt Milnamow served as an Associate for LAN’s Goshen, NY office before being promoted to Assistant Vice President. He has been with LAN since 2004 and is charged with managing a variety of projects, maintaining client relationships, overseeing business development, and coordinating project team members.

“I started working for LAN Associates over 15 years ago. LAN has given me the experience and tools to succeed in this industry. It’s rewarding to be acknowledged for my contributions to the company” said Milnamow, when asked about his promotion. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to work for such a well-respected and community-focused AE firm.   I look forward to serving our client base, expanding our service radius and improving our profitability in my new role as Assistant Vice President.”

Before being promoted, Matt Wolfe was LAN’s Director of Architecture. Having joined the firm in 2018, he is a recent addition to the team, but his dedication, talent and professionalism were apparent from day one.  Mr. Wolfe is responsible for the development and management of the New Jersey Architectural Department and is heavily involved in business development efforts.

Erik Boe was LAN’s Director of Civil Engineering before being promoted. He has been with LAN since 2002 and is responsible for overseeing design development and permitting for a variety of public and private civil engineering projects.

“The Civil Engineering Department has been growing in terms of both staff and capabilities to better serve the needs of our clients.  Our experience in a wide variety of markets puts us in a great position to partner with our clients to help them make improvements to their properties despite an often-challenging regulatory climate,” said Boe when asked about his promotion. “I am pleased to work with a team of such talented engineers and to offer our services as part of the full-service team at LAN.”

Matt Webb served as the Director of Land Surveying before being promoted.  Having started with LAN back in 2001 while still in high school, what started out as a summer job turned into a career. He is currently responsible for managing all land surveying services conducted by LAN throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.  Webb has developed long term relationships with a diverse client base, providing services such as Topographic, Boundary and Location Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Elevation Certificates and Construction Layout Services.

All four Assistant Vice Presidents will continue to keep a hands-on approach with their respective departments, as well as play an integral part of the overall management team, serving as the liaison between the Officers and the Senior Associates and Associates.
