When Don Bosco Preparatory High School was planning a campus wide renovation project, they hired LAN to provide the needed civil engineering and surveying services. The major renovation involved turning the main parking field into pocket parking lots dedicated for staff, visitors, residents, students, and major campus events, reconstruction of a class II dam, construction of 1,000 sf student centered chapel, and a 30,000 sf academic building.
LAN provided overall site design and engineering, surveying, wetlands delineation, environmental land use permitting, declassification of a regulated pond, zoning board approvals, UST removal, and construction contract administration. The school remained open and fully functional during all phases of design and construction to ensure there was no disruption or displacement of students during the renovation.
