Philly One Year

LAN Associates is proud to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its expansion to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Since 1965, the architectural and engineering firm has served the Northern New Jersey and New York areas through their Midland Park, NJ headquarters and Goshen, NY offices. Coupled with the firm’s significant educational and multi-family housing portfolio, steady growth, and commitment to the community, the Philadelphia market was a natural fit. Since setting up shop at their Walnut Street office in downtown Philadelphia, LAN has made themselves right at home in the City of Brotherly Love.

“This has been far more than just a company expansion; that can be done in any town or city or state. For us, Philadelphia was a place we needed to be,” said Ken Karle, President of LAN Associates. “The Philadelphia market offers exceptional areas for growth as the City embraces and welcomes businesses like ours for its future.”

As the firm celebrates its one-year anniversary in the Philadelphia office, LAN has successfully established their presence in the region as the Philadelphia team is actively working with multiple school districts, housing authorities, and has provided design services to completely renovate a historic community recreational center.

“Philadelphia offers unlimited opportunities for growth, both inside and outside of the city limits. Our Philadelphia team is focused on developing relationships with community leaders throughout Southern Jersey; from Camden and Gloucester to Atlantic City (in addition to our Philadelphia roots),” said Ron Schwenke, Project Architect who works in the Philadelphia office.  “I look forward to expanding our team and continuing to introduce LAN to local educational members, regional leaders, and private clients.”

LAN’s office is located at 1500 Walnut Street Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
