LAN Associates was honored with the esteemed Industry Involvement Award at the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) 26th Annual Garden State Awards on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

Judged by a panel of industry peers and experts in and around New Jersey, the accolade recognizes LAN as one of the top professional service experts in New Jersey. With a past win in 2017, this is the second time LAN has taken home this award.

“With the most nominees I’ve seen in the history of the program, the competition for a Garden State Award was tougher than ever before,” said NJAA Executive Director David Brogan. “This year’s winners are an outstanding group of highly-professionalized property owners, property manager, developers and vendors that are always putting resident satisfaction first.”

Staff from the LAN team, including Director of Marketing, Jennifer Mannino and Vice President Steven Ramiza, were on hand to receive the award at the Broadway-themed annual NJAA awards gala. This year it was held at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, where the event’s largest ever crowd of 900 of attendees gathered for the sold out event.

“We’re honored to once again be recognized by the NJAA, an organization that does so much for its members and the multifamily housing industry,” said LAN Associates Vice President Steven Ramiza, when asked about the win. “The win is further confirmation that the hard work by our dedicated professionals is paying off.”

The Garden State Awards are given by the New Jersey Apartment Association, the premier trade association representing all facets of the multifamily housing industry, including market rate and affordable housing owners, managers and developers, as well as suppliers. NJAA’s membership owns and manages over 215,000 apartments, providing quality housing to over one million New Jersey residents.
