LAN Associates prepared the stormwater management plans associated with the Phase VII housing development at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey. The plan consisted of multiple basins and water quality measures. LAN constructed 22 housing buildings, a one-story commons building and related site development work. The total gross area of the project is estimated at 210,000 sf.
The site was limited by the presence of exceptional resource value wetlands. LAN primarily provided civil and electrical engineering services for stormwater conveyance improvements, telecommunication and infrastructure upgrades, and various site improvements.
