Date: Thursday, May 11
Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Room: Apollo Room, Caesars, Atlantic City
Overview: In a State regulated by numerous layers of municipal, county, regional and state authorities, this course will explore common development constraints and regulatory hurdles. By understanding the regulations and authorities that apply to the segments of building development, participants will be able to easily identify potential barriers to development for their respective communities. With a deeper understanding of these constraints, new strategies to development, redevelopment and master planning can be put into motion by municipalities. This session will review applicable regulations and various case studies relating to constraints for flood hazard areas, land use development, and other common regulatory restraints.
