Major New Jersey business publication NJBIZ has named LAN Associates a 2023 Leader in Real Estate, Construction, and Design honoree. The award was given to LAN in the architecture category in recognition of the full-service architecture and engineering firm’s success across several market sectors, including educational, municipal, and senior living.
The NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction, and Design Awards honors companies and individuals that impact New Jersey’s real estate sector through development, design, construction, project management, and more. Among the noted projects that helped secure LAN’s place on the list was The Vista at Christian Health, a continuing care community LAN designed in Wyckoff, NJ. The Vista is an expansive, all-inclusive campus that has 164 independent living apartments and an extensive array of amenities.

This is the third year in a row LAN has been recognized by NJBIZ for this award. In 2021, LAN Assistant Vice President Matthew Wolfe was honored for his work as a company leader and an architect, and in 2022, Senior Associate Gerrit Visscher was recognized for his work as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and a Licensed Subsurface Evaluator. This year, however, the award was presented to LAN Associates as a company for its many achievements as a full-service architecture and engineering company.
